FAQs:

Q: What companies do you use to send shipments?
A: Due to the nature of what we ship, we only utilize FedEx, because they guarantee their package arrival times. Shipments are sent either Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight or FedEx 2-day.
Q: What determines my shipping cost?
A: The cost to ship is determined by the size & weight of the package and where it’s being sent.
Q: What can you ship?
A: We can ship any menu item. However, because of the nature of some items (i.e lomi salmon, haupia...) we ship it despite those items not being frozen.
Q: What happens if my package does not arrive or it arrives spoiled?
A: The customer is responsible for contacting FedEx with the provided tracking number to make any claim. However, we’ll gladly assist as you file a claim to recover any payment due from FedEx.
Q: When can I send a package?
A: We ship packages Monday thru Wednesday only. We don't ship Thursday – Sunday, because FedEx doesn't deliver on weekends.
Q: How long can my food last in the cooler?
A: The contents in our coolers can last up to 48 hours, however times are dependant on outside temperatures and conditions.
Q: How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?
A: Generally, any package shipped to a location west of the Rocky Mountains will arrive the next day, unless 2-day service is selected. Any package sent east of the Rockies will take 2 days regardless of the shipping option chosen. For those shipments, the different shipping options only change the time of day the package is delivered.
Q: Is my shipment guaranteed?
A: Your shipment is guaranteed by FedEx only. Once the package leaves our premises, we’re no longer liable for any loss and/or damage to the package. However, we’ll gladly assist as you file a claim to recover any payment due from FedEx.
