Menu consists of the following items:
• Laulau (one per person) or Squid Luau
• Kalua Pig
• Lomi Salmon
• Poi (5 oz. serving)
• Rice
• Chicken Long Rice
• Sweet Potato
• Shoyu Poke
• Haupia
• Serving Pans
* All items listed in 9 Course are not interchangeable with other foods. However, other menu items may be added at an additional cost.

5 oz Poi may be added to either menu for an additional $1.70 per head.
All Catering menus include plates, napkins, and eating utensils. Serving Utensils are available for purchase at $5.00 a piece.
