Before giving us a call, please have the following information ready:
• The number of people eating at your event. If possible, we’d love to get the amount of adults and children, too.
• The date of your event.
• Your catering budget.

Catering Menus
9 Course*
20 Person minimum
$20.15 per person (Pork or Chicken Laulau, or Squid Luau)
$23.50 per person (Butterfish Laulau)
$20.75 per person (Beef Laulau)
Menu consists of the following items:
• Laulau (one per person) or Squid Luau
• Kalua Pig
• Lomi Salmon
• Poi (5 oz. serving)
• Rice
• Chicken Long Rice
• Sweet Potato
• Shoyu Poke
• Haupia
• Serving Pans
* All items listed in 9 Course are not interchangeable with other foods. However, other menu items may be added at an additional cost.

5 oz Poi may be added to either menu for an additional $1.70 per head.
All Catering menus include plates, napkins, and eating utensils. Serving Utensils are available for purchase at $5.00 a piece.
Customized Menu
Let us customize a menu based upon the total number of guests and what you want to eat. Give us a call at 808-841-4885 and let us help you create a menu that fits your needs!
Required:
- 1 Week advanced notice required prior to catering date. A 50% non-refundable deposit is also required at this time. (No Exceptions!)
- Balance due at the time of pickup.
- Final head count required 1 day prior to catering date.
- 24 hour cancellation in advance required for full deposit refund.
Equipment Rentals:
- Chaffers are available for rental. There is a $5 rental fee for each Chaffer as well as a $50 security deposit required.
- Warmers (w/ Dolly) are also available for rental. Keeps food warm for 3-4 hours. There is a $25 rental fee for each warmer as well as a $150 security deposit required.
- Security deposits can either be in cash or you may leave a credit card with us instead. Deposit or credit card will be returned when all equipment is returned in good condition.
- Sterno Heaters are available for purchase at $2 each.
- Serving Utensils are available for purchase at $5 each.
Delivery:
- $25 delivery charge (minimum $150) or Free Delivery ($500 or more)
- Please call for available delivery times. Delivery times are scheduled on a first come basis. Please allow at least 2 days advance notice.
- Payment must be made in full before delivery date.
- Driving distance, traffic conditions as well as ordering during peak hours may require us to ask for additional time ~ your patience and understanding are truly appreciated.
